Leah Estrogen is Mayor Phlemming’s secretary and Osmosis Jones' love interest later girlfriend.

Background[]

Personality[]

Leah's a hard-working and serious female cell who wants to do what's right. She disliked Ozzy at first, but she grew warmly to him and started to care for him. Leah's very kind to her friends and she always tries to do what's right.

Physical Appearance[]

She's a red blood cell, but her cytoplasm's dark purple, while her membrane is a lighter shade of purple. Her body is curvy and her hair is also a light shade of purple. She wears a long-sleeved purple dress with a short skirt, dangly earrings, purple lipstick and a pair of purple high heels.

Osmosis Jones (movie)[]

She was first seen at her office where she told Mayor Phlemming, her boss about Tom Colonic's campaign video. She's deeply concerned about Frank's current condition, but lacks the persuasive power with the mayor to actually do anything about it. She's annoyed by the way Ozzy flirts with her throughout the film, but she tolerates it and flirts back a little (and has a secret crush on him). But she even cares for him as a person, (of society) since she felt bad for him after he was fired by the mayor. Leah's the first to notice that something's wrong with Frank on the day that they were planning to go to Buffalo. Then she heads down to the Hypothalamus and then she sounds the alarm. Then she's kidnapped, when Thrax was in front of her, and then she's taken down to the Uvula, where he escapes before Ozzy saves her and they embrace each other. As Frank started to die, she began to lose hope and then she claims they're dead, but then she gains it again when Ozzy returns with the missing strand of DNA. At the end of the movie, they share a sweet kiss.

Quotes[]

“Sir, he’s got a point. When I came to work for you, you PROMISED you would concentrate more on health issues.”

”Yeah? And 99% of you is just stupid.”

"Sir, you CAN'T go into override without a vote from city council!"

“Jones, what in the world makes you think I would ever go out with you?”

“Oh really? ‘Cause to me you look like the kind of cell who mostly divides with himself.”

“Alright. But NO screwups. You dig?”

“Sir, maybe we should put the city on full alert; Liquids, bed rest, you know, just to be safe.”

"Wow..."

“Okay Frank. This is your, um…CONSCIENCE speaking. Now listen carefully: This hiking trip means the WORLD to her. Figure out a way to make it work. Use that charm.”

“Sir, look at the map! What if Jones is right?”

“You care more about your STUPID re-election than you care about all our lives! SOMETHING’S going on, and I’m going to the Hypothalamus to check it out.”

“What are you waiting for?! Shoot him!”

“Hey, hey, watch the hands, buddy! You better put me down!”

“Jones! Oh, thank Frank…”

“He’s not coming back. He’s not gonna make it…!”

“Oh, Jones…”

“Come here, baby. I’m STILL jonesin’ for a little more Osmosis.”
